Terms & Conditions – Conrad’s Junk Removal

Welcome to Conrad’s Junk Removal (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services, visiting our website, or otherwise engaging with us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Conrad’s Junk Removal provides junk removal and hauling services, including but not limited to:

Residential and commercial clean-outs
Eviction and foreclosure clear-outs
Disposal of unwanted items in an eco-friendly manner

We reserve the right to refuse the removal of certain items, including hazardous materials, chemicals, illegal substances, or anything prohibited by law.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the volume, type, and weight of items to be removed.
Pricing may be adjusted on-site if the load is larger/heavier than initially described.
Additional fees apply for special disposal items (e.g., mattresses, appliances containing refrigerants, tires, televisions).
All prices include standard labor, transportation, and disposal fees unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $50.
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of contract.

4. Access to Property

The Customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the removal site.
We are not responsible for damages caused by inaccessible areas or unsafe working conditions.
If access is blocked or unsafe, the job may be rescheduled, and a service fee may apply.

5. Property Damage & Liability

We take care to avoid property damage; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, structural weaknesses, or damage caused by the removal of built-in fixtures.
Customers should remove or secure valuable and fragile items before service begins.

6. Disposal of Items

All items removed become the property of Conrad’s Junk Removal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We dispose of items through appropriate channels (landfill, donation, recycling).
We reserve the right to refuse disposal if it violates environmental or legal guidelines.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless prior arrangements are made.
We accept cash and approved electronic payments.
Late payments may incur a $25 late fee per week past due.

8. No Guarantees for Resale or Donation

While we make every effort to recycle or donate usable items, we do not guarantee acceptance by donation centers or resale outlets.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
