1. Service Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of job completion so we can review your concern and work toward a resolution.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

You decide to cancel after our team has arrived on-site.

The job cannot be completed due to lack of access or unsafe working conditions.

You provided inaccurate job details that significantly change the scope of work.

Items refused due to legal or hazardous material restrictions.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds or price adjustments may be offered if:

The amount of junk removed is significantly less than originally estimated.

There was a clear service issue caused by our team.
4. Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
